One of the first things that come to mind when this question is asked is weight.
So many of us are overweight, so naturally, that’s the first thing that
comes to mind.
However, there are many other things in our lives that we should seek to get
Bad habits, people or things that are not contributing to helping us reach
our ultimate goal should be gotten rid of. Anything or anyone comes to mind?
We should also lose that appetite for the foods or activities that would
distract us from the healthy lifestyle we so desire.
Whatever we have to lose will take a made up mind; a change in our mindset.
We must desire that change and take serious actions to get the results we
I’m working on losing some bad habits in my life. Bad habits are hard to
change. It is easier to defend your habits than to change them. I’m
reminded of a quote by Robert Gilbert, “First we form habits; then they form us.
Conquer your bad habits or they will conquer you.”
